Thank you for visiting my website, which purpose is to share the questionnaires on Knowledge, Attitude and Practice (KAP) regarding different diseases prepared by my former students for their undergraduate Final Year Projects, also to share the publications relevant to the questionnaires.

Who is it for ?

Many students are having trouble locating questionnaires for their research studies. Dr. Nor Azlina A. Rahman has made the decision to create a website with a framework for collecting resources for her beloved students. This is a personal, non-profit website that will be used to provide medical education.
